RETURNS POLICY

Items may be returned to Vitamin Grocer UK within 30 days from the shipment date provided they are unused and unopened. Quantity purchases of a product are also not returnable. A quantity purchase is defined as 6 or more units of one product; please note that if you purchase a case of one product (SKU) and that case includes 6 or more units of that one product then that case is not returnable. In addition, the following products are not returnable:

* Nutritional bars
* Refrigerated products
* Hair brushes
* Combs
* Menstrual Cups/Liners/Pads
* Clips

We will issue a refund for returned items, less shipping charges, and less a 15% restocking charge. No return will be accepted without a RMA#. To proceed with placing a return with Vitamin Grocer UK, please follow these instructions below:

  • For Returns or Exchanges, please contact us at CustomerService@VitaminGrocer.co.uk. A returns representative will review your return request, and you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number upon approval.
  • Once you receive your RMA number, pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging to ensure product safety during return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring the returned package, as Vitamin Grocer UK is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.
  • Return the product(s) to the address provided to you by the Vitamin Grocer UK Customer Care representative with your RMA number written clearly on the outside of the box:
  • Once we receive the returned product(s), any refunds due or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.
