Shipping and DeliveriesVitamin Grocer UK is a United States-based company that caters to customers in the United Kingdom. As such, all packages sent to the UK are subject to an international shipping and handling fee which is used to cover freight and packaging. Customers pay the shipping and handling fee at checkout and will never to be required to pay additional taxes or fees.

Shipping Carrier All items purchased from Vitamin Grocer UK are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The weight of your order determines the delivery charge. USPS First Class International can only be selected for orders not in excess of 4 pounds (1.82 kg). This is the lowest cost option; however the delivery time is generally longer than USPS Priority International. Shipping options to International locations are as follows: USPS First Class International:

When you place an order with Vitamin Grocer UK you are assuming all risks for impounded orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with your local customs office to see if your country permits the import of the products that that you ordered from us. When you place your order, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions for international shipping. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping Option delivery times apply when an order is shipped. CANCELLED ORDERS Vitamin Grocer UK orders may only be cancelled within 60 minutes of submitting an order. An order is submitted the moment you click the ‘submit order’ button on the VitaminGrocer.co.uk website. Only orders cancelled within this time period will be issued a full refund. This is a standard policy that is adopted by major online retailers including Google, Amazon and other ecommerce websites.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS If you refuse shipment of an order you placed, you will be charged all original shipping, handling, and return postage charges. Furthermore, in addition you will be charged the greater of a refused shipment fee of $15 or 15% of the total purchase price of the order.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS If you do not pick up or arrange for delivery of either a USPS or UPS Ground shipment, you will be charged all original shipping, handling, and return postage charges. Furthermore, in addition you will be charged the greater of a refused shipment fee of $15 or 15% of the total purchase price of the order.
INCORRECT ADDRESS If you provide an incorrect address and the order is returned to Vitamin Grocer UK as not deliverable, you will be charged all original shipping, handling, and return postage charges. We will be happy to reship your order to your revised address as soon as provided. All orders that fail to provide us with a correct revised address will also be assessed a 15% restocking charge.
DAMAGED/LOST IN SHIPMENT Unfortunately accidents and mistakes do happen. If your item is damaged, shipped incorrectly or defective, please notify us at customerservice@VitaminGrocer.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your package. For U.S. customers we will have a call tag sent and a new product will be shipped out free of charge. International customers should contact customerservice@VitaminGrocer.co.uk for specific return instructions. All returns after 48 hours will be treated as a regular return subject to the return policy listed below. Please be sure to inspect your package carefully when it arrives. If you do not receive your order within 30 business days, please contact customerservice@VitaminGrocer.co.uk. USPS, will investigate all claims filed for shipments lost in transit. The delivery carriers require Vitamin Grocer UK and the customer to wait 21 days for US shipping addresses and 45 days for APO/FPO and International addresses before a lost delivery can be investigated. Once we receive notification from the USPS we will either send out a replacement product, provide proof of delivery to the customer, or inform the customer that their local Customs Office impounded their order.
