Stuff happens. We get it. If you are unhappy with your purchase from Vitamin Grocer or for some reason change your mind about the purchase, we're here to help, not hassle. So if you find yourself saying any of the following once you've received your shipment from Vitamin Grocer, please contact us at CustomerService@VitaminGrocer.co.uk and we'll work with you to make things right.

Buyer's Remorse
"On second thought, I probably have enough ferret sweaters as it is..."

Not a problem! Notify us by email within 14 days of receipt of the package and inform us that you would like to return the unopened product. Ship the unopened product back to us and we will issue a full refund minus any shipping charges for the initial delivery of the package.


Received the Wrong Product

While our warehouse team is as good as they come and their accuracy rate hovers around 99%, mistakes can happen on the rare occasion. Contact us within 14 days of receipt of the package and we'll coordinate the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we'll arrange to ship out the right package and make sure you get it ASAP.


The Package Was Broken or Opened Upon Arrival

Contact us within 14 days of receipt of the package and notify us of the problem. We will coordinate the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we'll arrange to ship out another package and make sure you get it ASAP. Also, take a picture if you can! We'd like to see what went wrong so we can pack it better next time or talk to the carrier about gentler handling of the packages.



Vitamin Grocer Return Process for All Circumstances
  • For All Returns or Exchanges, please contact us at CustomerService@vitamingrocer.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of the package. A returns representative will review your return request and you will be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number upon approval.
  • Once you receive your RMA number, pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging (unless the original packaging is damaged and unusable) to ensure product safety during return shipping.
  • Please write your RMA number on a piece of paper and include it in the package.
  • Return the product(s) to the address provided to you by the Vitamin Grocer Customer Care representative using the most economical shipping method available.
  • The cost of return postage for buyer's remorse reasons is the customer's responsibility. Vitamin Grocer will cover the cost of return postage for wrong or damaged products.
  • All returned items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the RMA issue date.  No refunds will be issued for products returned outside of that time frame.
  • Once we receive the returned product(s), any refunds due or exchanges will be processed within five (5) business days.
